Women’s Training Group

Running with others is so much more fun!

Our winter session from Nov-Feb is designed to work on “off-season” strength, injury prevention and more social based running and hiking.

Join us for weekly group runs and strength sessions with local coaches and guides where we will explore new places, meet new running buddies and support and encourage each other. Options available for runners of all levels looking to train for a race or just benefit from coached/structured runs.

Winter session begins in November!
